Agreed work and prices

The written quote or engagement sets out deliverables, price, responsibilities and any ongoing service. The Rate Book labels fixed, from, monthly and quoted-on-application prices in Australian dollars excluding GST. Additional work or third-party costs must be agreed. Creating an account does not itself purchase a subscription or start a free trial.

Your access and instructions

Provide accurate instructions and only content or access you are entitled to use. Keep individual accounts secure and grant the access needed for the agreed task. Do not share passwords in general messages or use the service unlawfully. Do not place patient records or sensitive personal information in general marketing or AI workflows.

AI, evidence and approval

AI can assist with drafts and analysis, and can make mistakes. Not all agency work is AI generated. A draft, a retrieved source or an automated flag is not a legal, financial or clinical determination. Content and recommendations require review appropriate to their purpose. Sending, publishing and recurring delivery require the relevant authority; a Notion task status is not permission to send.

Healthcare and regulated work

Advertising a regulated health service and advertising therapeutic goods involve different rules. Context, evidence, the intended audience and professional obligations matter. Automated screening may miss an issue or flag acceptable wording. The responsible person must review healthcare findings before they are shared or acted on. We do not guarantee regulator approval, legal compliance, clinical outcomes or marketing results.

Read the health-review process and its limits. Work requiring a licensed or otherwise qualified professional must remain with the appropriate person.

Connected services and handover

Third-party services have their own terms, availability and charges. Your scope identifies relevant licences, access, ongoing hosting and support arrangements. We agree what is handed over and any continuing responsibilities rather than promising that every service includes unlimited support or revisions.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including applicable consumer guarantees. Any limitation of liability in an engagement remains subject to those rights. An AI warning or a user dismissing a flag does not create a general exemption from legal responsibility.
