From the first chat to handover, this is how a job runs.

Book a 15‑minute chat
Tell us what is going on in the business. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

We look before we quote
For bigger jobs we start with the free Reality Check, a Business Scan or a business analysis, so the quote is based on what we found.

You get a written quote
It lists exactly what we will do and what is not included. Nothing starts until you accept it.

A deposit starts the work
Smaller jobs are paid half up front and half on completion. Larger jobs are paid in three stages.

Checked before it goes out
A person reviews anything AI helped write. Content for health practices is checked against the Ahpra and TGA advertising rules.

Handover and training
We train your team on what we set up and leave written procedures.

Ongoing tech support, if you want it
Ongoing tech support runs month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
