Email Reports to Yourself

Send any content or report straight to your inbox

Last updated 2026-04-07

Sometimes you want a copy of something in your email — a blog post to review on your phone, a report to forward to a colleague, or a content plan to reference later. The "Email Me" button sends any message from your Director directly to your registered email address.

How to use it

It is a one-click action:

  1. 1.Find the message you want to email
  2. 2.Click the "Email Me" button in the action bar below the message
  3. 3.Check your inbox — the email arrives within a few seconds

What you receive

The email includes the full content of the message, formatted for easy reading. It also includes the brand name and the date, so you can quickly find it in your inbox later.

tipThis is a great way to build a paper trail of your marketing work. Email yourself weekly reports, content calendars, and audit results so you always have a record outside of the platform.

Sending to others

The "Email Me" button sends to your own email address. If you want to send content to someone else, use the "Send to..." button instead (for team members), or email the report to yourself and forward it.

Common uses

Business owners most commonly email themselves:

  1. 1.Weekly content calendars to review over coffee
  2. 2.Marketing audit reports to discuss with their team
  3. 3.Blog articles to proofread before publishing
  4. 4.Competitor analysis reports to reference during planning sessions
  5. 5.Monthly analytics summaries for their records
